How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order reference, or contact us through the About page and we will arrange it for you.

Renewals and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your profile page; cancellation ends paid access immediately and stops future charges. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.

The free feed, search, the funding globe and saving items on your device remain free and are unaffected by cancellation.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically take 3 to 10 business days to show the credit.
